About:
Jack Minot and Janey Pecq are best friends who live next door to each other in a small New England Town. Because the two are always seen together, Janey gets the nickname “Jill”, to match the old rhyme.
During the winter many of the local children, Jack and Jill included, go sledding on a nearby hill. Unfortunately for the two close friends, they have a serious accident while sledding and must spend time recovering from physical injuries. Jack and Jill’s mothers don’t let this time go to waste and create activities for their children, and their friends, to enjoy. And if all the children learn some life lessons along the way, they shall be all the better for it.
Some lessons are a gentle guidance, some are harsh and unexpected. But the point of life is to learn and grow. To know what was, to see what is, while always looking forward.
